BD Power Services principally employs certified electricians, powerline technicians, and apprentices. Our skilled tradespeople meet the high expectations of BD Power Services and those of the industries we support. The company has experience in a wide range of projects from fibre optic and instrumentation upgrades to medium voltage equipment installations and testing.
BD Power Services’ focus is to build strong relationships with its clients, employees, and in the communities where we work and live.

We participate in hiring through Georgian College and the Canadian Union of Skilled Workers’ joint pre-apprentice program, which is aimed at providing apprenticeship opportunities to a wide range of local underrepresented groups. This is one of the ways that we demonstrate our commitment to diversity and inclusion as part of our corporate social responsibility policy.

Indigenous Collaboration:
BD Power has joined forces with Infinity Industrial Services to create Infinity Generation Services (IGS), an Indigenous and Woman Owned Business created to further the advancement of Indigenous development in Ontario. IGS provides a broad range of services in the Power Generation sector in the Province of Ontario.
